Submissions:
Mickie Tracy is pleased to hear from you and welcomes your comments regarding her works of art. Her policy is to not allow customers to send in their creative works or creative ideas unless they have commissioned her to complete a work of art on their behalf.  She hopes you will understand that it is the intent of this policy to avoid the possibility of future misunderstandings when she developes works of art, which might seem to others to be similar to their own creative work.  Accordingly she must regretfully, ask that you do not send her any original creative materials, unless she has requested that you send a specific submission (e.g. photo, original work of art, sketches, drawings for a commissioned piece) or, despite her request that you not send her any other creative materials, you send her creative suggestions, ideas, notes, drawings, concepts, or other information (collectively, "Submissions") the submissions shall be deemed and shall remain, the property of Mickie L. Tracy.  None of the submissions shall be subject to any obligations of confidence on her part, and she shall not beliable for any use or disclosure of any submissions.  Without limitations of the foregoing,  Mickie Tracy shall exclusively own all now known or be entitled to unrestricted use of the submissions for any purpose whatsoever commercial or otherwise, without compensation to the provider of the submission.
